Stir-fried Cabbage

Ingredients:
1- head of cabbage
2- strips of bacon
2-TBSP olive oil
dash of sea salt
dash of black pepper
Chop or julienne cabbage
Cook bacon in a hot pan or wok
Set cooked bacon aside
Add olive oil to the pan or wok
Add cabbage and stir-fry until softened (to your liking)
Add sea salt and black pepper
Crumble bacon on top
Enjoy!
This recipe can serve 4 to 6 people
It is good any time of year
It works great as a side dish with your favorite protein
And it's so yummy!
