The Health History

As I have spoken with people about their health history and reasons for it, I have found that no two people are the same. The health history gives me a starting point for creating a SMART program for a client. That is, specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timebound. There are different tools and modalities offered as well. Each program is bio-individual to that person's intent, process, needs, and goals. I believe it is a misconception that health coaching or coaching in general is solely geared toward weight loss. However, there is much more involved. It's about bringing balance back to the body, mind, and spirit, and getting to the "root" of what got you to where you are with your health. When you discover these things, the weight naturally goes. I offer a Free 30-minute health history session to learn about you and your health, and then we go from there with a paradigm that works. Are you ready to get started? My contact info is on this website. You can call or text, leave a message, or use the email address that has been provided. I offer three-month, six-month, nine-month, and twelve-month programs. These are paid for monthly or all at once, depending on which program I recommend for you.
